Land Fitness

Ongoing classes that are included in membership BUT pre-pay & drop-in options are available to non-members!

Water Fitness

Ongoing classes in the Therapy & Competition pool.  Free to members BUT non-members welcome, too!

Indoor Cycling

Instructor & high energy music lead you through a great cardio workout that can be adapted to all fitness levels.

Yoga with Karen

Gentle Hatha yoga to calm your mind, relax your body & invigorate your spirit.

Yoga with Mona

Quiet your mind; relieve aches & soothe your soul while challenging yourself longer held poses.
